1. Phạm vi
Chính sách này áp dụng cho website giatui.app, ứng dụng POS giatui.app (web và Android) và các dịch vụ đi kèm ("Dịch vụ"). Khách hàng của chúng tôi là chủ tiệm giặt là và nhân viên được họ ủy quyền ("Người dùng").
2. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập
- a. Dữ liệu tài khoản: tên tiệm, tên chủ tiệm, số điện thoại, email, địa chỉ chi nhánh.
- b. Dữ liệu vận hành tiệm do Người dùng nhập: đơn hàng, dịch vụ, giá, ca làm việc, thu chi, thông tin khách hàng của tiệm (tên, số điện thoại, địa chỉ giao hàng).
- c. Dữ liệu kỹ thuật: địa chỉ IP, loại thiết bị, phiên bản ứng dụng, nhật ký lỗi, phục vụ vận hành và bảo mật.
- d. Dữ liệu Google Business Profile (chỉ khi Người dùng chủ động kết nối, xem mục 4).
3. Mục đích sử dụng
Cung cấp và vận hành Dịch vụ; đồng bộ dữ liệu giữa các máy và chi nhánh của cùng một tiệm; sao lưu; hỗ trợ kỹ thuật; cải thiện sản phẩm. Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu và không dùng dữ liệu của tiệm để quảng cáo cho bên thứ ba.
4. Kết nối Google Business Profile
giatui.app cho phép Người dùng kết nối hồ sơ Google Business Profile (GBP) mà họ sở hữu hoặc quản lý, thông qua đăng nhập Google (OAuth 2.0) với phạm vi quyền https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage.
Chúng tôi truy cập: thông tin hồ sơ doanh nghiệp (tên, địa chỉ, giờ mở cửa, thuộc tính), bài đăng, đánh giá và phản hồi đánh giá, số liệu hiệu suất của các hồ sơ mà Người dùng đã kết nối.
Chúng tôi dùng dữ liệu này để: hiển thị và trả lời đánh giá trong giatui.app; tạo và lên lịch bài đăng; đồng bộ giờ mở cửa và giờ đặc biệt với lịch hoạt động của tiệm; cảnh báo khi Google áp dụng chỉnh sửa lên hồ sơ.
Chúng tôi không: truy cập hồ sơ mà Người dùng chưa kết nối; thu thập dữ liệu về doanh nghiệp khác; bán, chia sẻ hay dùng dữ liệu GBP cho mục đích ngoài các tính năng nêu trên.
Thu hồi quyền: Người dùng có thể ngắt kết nối bất cứ lúc nào trong phần Cài đặt của giatui.app hoặc tại https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Khi ngắt kết nối, token truy cập bị xóa ngay và dữ liệu GBP đã lưu bị xóa trong vòng 30 ngày.
Việc sử dụng dữ liệu nhận được từ Google API tuân thủ Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), bao gồm các yêu cầu về Limited Use.
5. Lưu trữ và bảo mật
Dữ liệu vận hành được lưu trên máy chủ đặt tại Việt Nam, tách riêng theo từng tiệm và mã hóa khi truyền (HTTPS). Bản sao lưu cơ sở dữ liệu được tạo hằng đêm và lưu trên dịch vụ lưu trữ đám mây (Google Drive), có thể nằm ngoài lãnh thổ Việt Nam. Chỉ nhân sự được ủy quyền của chúng tôi truy cập vào dữ liệu khi cần hỗ trợ kỹ thuật, và theo yêu cầu của Người dùng.
6. Chia sẻ với bên thứ ba
Chúng tôi chỉ chuyển dữ liệu tới các bên sau, và chỉ cho mục đích nêu kèm:
- Nhà cung cấp hạ tầng máy chủ (vận hành Dịch vụ)
- Google Drive (lưu bản sao lưu cơ sở dữ liệu hằng đêm)
- Telegram (bot nội bộ của chúng tôi nhận thông báo vận hành: trạng thái sao lưu, cảnh báo giao dịch bất thường; không gửi tệp dữ liệu qua kênh này)
- Google Business Profile API (khi Người dùng chủ động kết nối hồ sơ, mục 4)
- Cơ quan nhà nước (khi có yêu cầu hợp pháp)
Chúng tôi không bán hoặc chia sẻ dữ liệu cho bất kỳ bên nào khác.
7. Thời gian lưu trữ
Dữ liệu tiệm được lưu trong suốt thời gian sử dụng Dịch vụ và 90 ngày sau khi chấm dứt, trừ khi Người dùng yêu cầu xóa sớm hơn hoặc pháp luật yêu cầu lưu lâu hơn.
8. Quyền của Người dùng
Người dùng có quyền xem, sửa, xuất và yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu của mình bằng cách liên hệ support@giatui.app. Chúng tôi phản hồi trong 7 ngày làm việc. Chính sách này tuân thủ Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân.
9. Thay đổi chính sách
Khi có thay đổi quan trọng, chúng tôi thông báo trong ứng dụng và cập nhật ngày hiệu lực ở đầu trang.

1. Scope
This policy covers the giatui.app website, the giatui.app POS application (web and Android) and related services (the "Service"). Our customers are laundry shop owners and the staff they authorise ("Users").
2. Data we collect
- a. Account data: shop name, owner name, phone number, email, branch addresses.
- b. Shop operating data entered by Users: orders, services, prices, shifts, cash movements, the shop's own customer records (name, phone, delivery address).
- c. Technical data: IP address, device type, app version, error logs, used for operation and security.
- d. Google Business Profile data (only when a User actively connects a profile, see section 4).
3. How we use it
To provide and operate the Service; to sync data between devices and branches of the same shop; backups; technical support; product improvement. We do not sell data and do not use shop data for third-party advertising.
4. Google Business Profile integration
giatui.app lets Users connect Google Business Profiles (GBP) they own or manage, via Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0) using the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage scope.
We access: business information (name, address, hours, attributes), posts, reviews and review replies, and performance metrics of profiles the User has connected.
We use this data to: show and reply to reviews inside giatui.app; create and schedule posts; sync regular and special hours with the shop's operating schedule; alert the User when Google applies edits to the profile.
We do not: access profiles the User has not connected; collect data about other businesses; sell, share or use GBP data for any purpose other than the features above.
Revoking access: Users can disconnect at any time in giatui.app Settings or at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. On disconnect, access tokens are deleted immediately and stored GBP data is deleted within 30 days.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Storage and security
Operational data is stored on servers located in Vietnam, isolated per shop and encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Database backups are created nightly and stored on a cloud storage service (Google Drive), which may be located outside Vietnam. Only authorised staff access data, and only when required for support at the User's request.
6. Sharing
We transfer data only to the following parties, and only for the stated purpose:
- our hosting provider (to operate the Service)
- Google Drive (to store nightly database backups)
- Telegram (our internal bot receives operational notifications: backup status, unusual-transaction alerts; no data files are sent through this channel)
- Google Business Profile API (when a User actively connects a profile, section 4)
- public authorities (when legally required)
We do not sell or share data with anyone else.
7. Retention
Shop data is kept for the duration of the Service and 90 days after termination, unless the User requests earlier deletion or the law requires longer retention.
8. Your rights
Users may access, correct, export or request deletion of their data by contacting support@giatui.app. We respond within 7 working days. This policy complies with Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection.
9. Changes
Material changes are announced in-app and reflected in the effective date above.
